He has created more than $350 million in transaction value and helped build platforms managing over $70 billion in assets. That value was not inherited, it was built decision by decision, across two company exits to global financial institutions, multiple capital events, and the full operating arc from founding to scale to acquisition.

The Mantri thesis is straightforward: the operating experience that produced those outcomes is directly applicable to the decisions facing the next generation of wealth management and fintech leaders. That is what Sachin brings through Mantri.

Sachin was a founding partner at 55ip, a wealth-technology platform acquired by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He helped grow the business from inception to more than $70 billion in assets across model portfolios and SMAs, working hands-on across strategy, product, distribution, investments, marketing, and operations. That operating experience now shapes how he advises leadership teams on sequencing decisions, managing tradeoffs, and building durable platforms at scale.

Earlier in his career, Sachin co-founded Carlin Financial Group, an institutional fintech generating $80M in ARR, which was acquired by RBC Capital Markets. He began his career in investment and research roles at U.S. Trust, RBC, and Bank of America.
